I must have been one of the first ones who started to download this DVD but unfortunately the server hosting part2 has always been in maintenance mode.
That’s for about 5 weeks so far and meanwhile even the FileFactory support doubts that the file may become available again.
It’s the same issue with part08 of that DVD:

After such a long time and even the hoster doubting that the files will reappear a re-upload would really be appreciated.

No puedo hacer nada hasta que paren los fallos masivos en el servidor, no solo porque lo normal es que todo vuelva a estar bien por si mismo sino porque además si me pusiese a reponer archivos es una lotería que vuelvan a caer en uno de los discos duros que están aparcados por mantenimiento. He dejado de subir nuevos conciertos por básicamente con eso, probaré con alguno pero sabiendo que me lo estoy jugando a cara o cruz.
