Because is not a file problem but a general failure in the server that is currently in the process of rebuilding its server array. That means that some files are currently unavailable, and files that are available may download very slowly.
Porque no hay ningún problema con los archivos en si mismos, sino con un fallo general del servidor que está rehaciendo los racks que controlan los servidores. Eso supone que algunos archivos no están disponibles actualmente y que otros descargan lento.
